Understanding customer’s key technical requirements and specifications and ensuring alignment with SIBCO‘s product portfolio, processes and solutions in a pre-sales situation
Installation, commissioning and FAT testing of equipment
Troubleshooting and repair of equipment, in coordination with the equipment design and manufacturing engineers
LTCC process development and technical support of new LTCC lines with customers in Taiwan and abroad
Log customer service requests into our CS tracking database and work as post-sales support and engineering to resolve customer technical issues.
Training, service and support of customers in China and abroad to ensure successful LTCC evaluations and LTCC design wins
Training of colleagues to ensure they are capable of supporting prospects through the technical sales cycle, as well as providing first line support
Develop technical presentations and collateral.
10+ years’ experience as a process/equipment engineer with a proven track record of working in a manufacturing team with hands-on experience in all process steps.
BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical semiconductor experience
Engineering or technical support in hybrid ceramic, HTCC/LTCC processing
Extensive knowledge of the ceramic manufacturing processes
Ability to work with remote post-sales support and engineering resources to solve customer technical issues
Fluent in Mandarin and English, both verbal and written and preferably Japanese
Strong client relationship management and development aptitude
Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization.
Possesses solid presentation skills.

Proven ability to work independently
Travel is expected to be between 30-50％, including travel to customers and suppliers in China / Taiwan / Japan / Korea, Europe and the US.
