Responsibilities: Global Inclusion team at HQ Hsinchu is looking for a co-working partner to create an inclusive environment together. The role is expected to be agile, open-minded, self-motivated and good-at-numbers to manage and support to foster inclusive workplace, ERG & ESG projects, including but not limited to: 1. Data analysis, dashboard/database and content management - Gathers, analyzes and translates data to understand barriers towards global inclusion. Researches and develops metrics and evaluation processes to assess the effectiveness of inclusive-workplace initiatives. 2. Digital marketing planning & implementation – Manages and executes global-inclusive-workplace marketing campaign and website.
