We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on driving digital transformation within TSMC 3DFabric supply chain management, encompassing outside-in solution provision, integrated & optimized planning, business process re-engineering, infrastructure (PLM/ PDM), and end-to-end logistics integration. Responsibilities: 1. Lead or facilitate digital transformation initiatives for 3DFabric business processes and system integration. 2. Collaborate with external solution providers and internal stakeholders to enable and optimize business operations. 3. Jointly design and develop infrastructure, integrating it with enterprise applications. 4. Manage projects to provide business process re-engineering (BPR) and end-to-end solutions to enable 3DFabric businesses. Monitor, analyze, and report on any change of US/TW/JP/EU trade controls, sanctions, and related regulations. 2. Review, prepare, submit, and manage any export compliance related classifications, license applications, and/or reporting requirements as needed. 3. Review hiring practices and requests with regard to deemed export regulations. 4. Establish and/or update internal export control rules for different sites in different countries. 5. Work closely with TSMC customers, vendors and internal stakeholders to address export control-related matters. 6. Prepare and/or update export compliance training materials. Position Overview: Sr. Patent Prosecution Attorney/ Engineer will play a leading role in building a robust global patent portfolio to protect the company’s R&D investments/innovations. This position requires a blend of technical and patent expertise to oversee invention mining and patent prosecution, provide strategic legal advice, and support patent disputes/litigation. Key Responsibilities: 1. Invention Mining/Workshop: Drive patent mining and lead workshop with cross-functional teams to preempt exploratory technology innovations. 2. Patent Prosecution Management: Supervise patent prosecution work product from outside counsel and provide strategies for Continuation efforts. 3.
