1. 熟悉Hitachi CD-SEM设备 ,在客戶現場進行故障排除
2. 在客戶現場進行年度和半年度PM
3. 依照設計或安裝規範安裝硬體設備並维修
4. 記錄問題和採取的補救措施或安裝活動;
5. Monitor已修復系統的日常效能.
6. 閱讀技術手冊、與用户協商或進行診斷以調查和解決問題或提供技術協助和支 援
• Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications;
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware equipment, following design or installation specifications;
• Maintain records of problems and remedial actions taken, or installation activities;
• Oversee the daily performance of repaired systems;
• Read technical manuals, confer with users, or conduct diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support;
• Refer major hardware or software problems or defective products to higher level support team for service;
• Conduct trouble shooting at customers site
• Conduct annual and Semi annual PM at customers site
