Negotiate contracts, establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and manage ongoing partnerships with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers and freight forwarders. 7. Align closely with internal planning, sourcing, and project management teams to coordinate volume forecasts and capacity readiness.
