		Roles and Responsibilities 
	Manage the finance team by streamlining and enhancing the operational 
        effectiveness and efficiency. 
	Manage Company secretarial documents.
	Responsible for the financial planning, management reporting and financial     
        performance analyses, budget, forecast, cash flow management, credit control,
        tax planning and reporting.
	Review and develop the internal control procedures and policies.
	Provide professional financial advice to Managing Director, Asia Pacific and India   
        regional management and Board of Directors.
	Manage and communicate with external auditors, tax consultants, legal advisers 
        and banks.
	Perform ad hoc assignments when needed.
Education and Experience Requirements 
	Degree holder in Accounting or Finance.
	Over 5 years working experiences in freight forwarding industries and 3 years
        managerial experience.
	Sound knowledge with accounting standards, legal, tax and compliance 
        requirements in Taiwan.

	Flexible, hands-on, able to work under pressure, detail-oriented with strong
        analytical and problem-solving skill, can meet tight deadlines.
	Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
	Proficiency in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
	Knowledge and experience in CargoWise preferred.
	Fluent written and spoken English.
