-Job Description:
As a short-term contract staff supporting the New Business Development Staff, you will assist in various business development activities, including research, documentation, and internal coordination. Your primary role is to provide operational and administrative support to ensure smooth execution of business initiatives.
1. Market & Industry Research – Gather market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business development strategies.
2. Data Collection & Report Preparation – Assist in compiling business reports, presentations, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
3. Customer & Partner Communication Support – Help coordinate meetings, prepare meeting materials, and follow up on client inquiries.
4. Sales & Business Development Support – Assist in preparing sales materials, proposals, and contracts under the guidance of the business development team.
5. Administrative Support – Schedule meetings, arrange business trips, and handle documentation related to new business activities.
6. Internal Coordination – Work closely with sales, and R&D teams to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
7. Event & Trade Show Assistance – Support the planning and execution of industry events, trade shows, and business networking activities.
