Responsibilities:
1. Overall accounting daily operation: AP, AR, GL
整體會計日常運營:AP,AR,GL。
2. Prepare the financial statements, general ledgers, and month end closing in accordance with specific deadlines.
根據具體截止日期期間準備財務報表,總分類帳和月終結算報表。
3. Fixed Assets management including reporting and inventory of Fixed Assets.
固定資產管理,包括固定資產的報告和庫存。
4. Preparing tax reports and tax reconciliation.
準備稅務報表和稅務調節表。
5. Support the Inventory Physical Count, internal and external audit.
協助盤點,內部和外部審計。
6. Ad hoc assignments.
主管交辦的臨時任務。
Requirements:
• Bachelor or master degree in accounting or business related major
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• 2+ years of Big 4 experience strongly preferred. (EY/PWC/KPMG/Deloitte)
• Familiar with MS tools and experience in ERP system, e.g. SAP or 鼎新 is a plus.
