工作時段:依公司規定輪值白斑/晚班/大夜班/假日班,必要時可配合加班
1. Handle inbound customer calls, provide consultation on various bank products and services, and support the promotion of ongoing campaigns.
2. Monitor and handle abnormal incidents during non‑business hours.
3. Manage and resolve customer complaints.
4. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
This position is a full‑time role (non‑contract) and offers full benefits available to SinoPac Bank employees.
Compensation:
Monthly salary: NT$35,000 and above , with additional evening shift allowance.
Employees who pass probation will receive monthly performance incentives.
Working Hours:
1. Shift‑based schedule, including day shifts, evening shifts, night shifts, and weekend shifts, in accordance with company policy.
2. Overtime may be required when necessary.
