職稱:IT Helpdesk Supervisor
工作內容:
• This role is responsible for supporting all essential IT operations and infrastructure-related activities for internal users, in alignment with global guidelines and applicable local regulations and standards.
• It ensures the maintenance and optimization of IT operations, including storage, networking, hardware, telephony, and backup systems, while adhering to all relevant internal and external compliance requirements.
• It oversees the procurement, management, and distribution of IT assets, licenses, and services in accordance with established internal policies and standards.
• It manages user access and administration across IT systems, including Active Directory (AD), ensuring proper governance and control.
• It provides effective support for office automation systems and delivers training on IT systems, including Windows, Microsoft 365 applications, telephony, audiovisual equipment, and other office technologies.
需求條件:
• Possesses at least 5 years of IT experience.
• Strong organizational abilities and excellent documentation skills.
• Demonstrates adaptability in daily tasks and fosters a collaborative work environment by recognizing and valuing each team member’s contributions.
• Proactively undertakes project support and administrative responsibilities.
• Sets accountable deadlines, develops personal work plans, and manages time efficiently.
