Assist to Chairman, including:
1. Work with Chairman to coordinate and supervise daily operations esp. for Hotel Metropolitan Premier Taipei
2. Assist Chairman to visit partners, clients, and social dinners with Japan clients when safe.
3. Interpreting/Translating Japanese in the board meeting, and attend cloud meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, WebEx, etc.) with Japan clients.
4. Japanese correspondence by email and social media messaging.
5. Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed, with secretary to Chairman.
6. Create reports and submit them to Chairman or other executives, including but not limited to JREFU board members.
