1. Business Development
• Achieve the target score, working with each country sales Team.
• Drive sales pipelines through establishing monthly PDCA Call.
• Utilize CRM to ensure substantial pipeline to achieve goal.
• Support sales team about global TECH IV accounts.
2. Promotion of IV Development
• By Gathering and analyse insight & best practice, footprint of Global TECH
accounts about international freight forwarding & Contract Logistics business,
then share information TECH IV Team.
• Support Sales Team to drive IV business development.
3. IV Know-How/Knowledge, cooperation with BU
• Develop IV specific customer value proposition and commercial model,
Collaborate with BUs to develop new global IV-specific products.
4. IV and market analysis, approach Major companies
• Lead the analysis and development sales of the major companies in TECH
industries and build the foundation to develop into important customers. Also
use materials to explain basic information and logistics characteristics of IV that
make it easy for each country sales team to understand the characteristics and
approach methods for customer.
• Identify target, potential accounts and guide the strategies and development plan.
5. Facilitate Monthly call
• Work with each country sales member.
• To facilitate Monthly call global base.
6. Contribute to achieve annual development plan
• Proceed activities according to IV Development Plan (IVDP) and report progress
periodically to IV Head Leader.
• Adjust activity planning referring feedback from IV Head and contribute to
achieve annual development plan.
7. To support understanding Taiwanese language and culture
• To support IV HEAD Leader, especially translate Taiwanese language, explain
culture.
• To join association TECH Industry association, then understand suppliers
Network.
