驗收專員將協助採購部門掌握、追蹤每日到貨狀況。把關進貨產品符合訂單數量及酒店品質標準。
1.執行每日驗收作業(含生鮮、酒水、一般物品等),確保符合採購標準
2.遵守酒店服務標準、部門政策以執行日常驗收操作步驟。
3.紀錄並追蹤酒店各項交貨記錄,確保貨品符合營運品質要求。
4.執行發貨作業,進出庫系統作業與日常庫存管理
5管理及維持驗收區域整潔有序。
6.維護倉庫環境整潔,確保安全與衛生條件符合管理規範。
7.執行庫存盤點,確保實物與系統帳目一致
8.日常驗收單據、文件處理。
9.配合食安規範執行驗收紀錄、確保備查資料完整保存。
10.執行主管交辦之其他相關事項
The Receiving Clerk will assist Purchasing Department to monitor and track the status of daily receiving. Ensure the products received align with the number of order and quality standards set by hotel.
1.Perform daily receiving tasks (including fresh produce, beverages, general goods), ensuring items meet purchase specifications.
2.Maintain strict compliance to hotel service standards and department policies in order to conduct daily procedures of receiving.
3.Document and track the receiving records of hotel to ensure the products meet the requirements for quality of operation.
4.Execute warehouse dispatch operations, handle inbound and outbound transactions in system.
5.Manage and maintain cleanliness and order of receiving area.
6.Maintain cleanliness and safety of the warehouse in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
7.Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure physical stock matches system records
8.Audit daily receipts and handle documents.
9.Conduct the receiving audit according to the Practices of Food Sanitation and Safety and ensure all documents are filed and kept for audit.
10. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor
