4.人才招募與面試:擬定招募策略,開發在地管道,執行人才搜尋與面試安排,並管理入職流程。
5.員工關係與在職管理:負責員工報到、試用期、離職等作業,維持良好員工關係並協助問題處理。
6.培育與訓練:設計並推動員工培訓方案,增進同仁專業能力,支持公司成長。
7.人員簽證與薪資稅務管理 :辦理人員工作證/簽證/年度報稅事宜,並確保薪資結構符合稅法與社會保險規定。

Familiarize with Philippine labor laws and ensure the company’s HR policies and processes comply with both Taiwan headquarters’ standards and local regulations.

Oversee monthly payroll calculation and disbursement, as well as insurance and other benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4.Talent Acquisition & Interview Coordination:
Develop recruitment strategies, identify local talent channels, manage sourcing and interview arrangements, and oversee the onboarding process.
5.Employee Relations & Personnel Management:
Handle onboarding, probation, and offboarding procedures, maintain positive employee relations, and assist in resolving workplace issues.
6.Training & Development:
Design and implement training programs to enhance employees’ professional capabilities, supporting overall company growth.
7.Visa & Tax Management for Taiwanese Staff:
Process work permits, visas, and annual tax filings for Taiwanese employees, ensuring payroll structures comply with Philippine tax and social insurance regulations.
