The incumbent will act as the bridge between HR functions and business needs, ensuring the delivery of efficient, scalable, and impactful HR solutions. Responsibilities: 1. Service Delivery Optimization: Standardize HR processes across HR People Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency in areas like staffing, onboarding, employee data management, talent management, and business administration. 2.
