Job Description • Market study support: work with sales/NPD team to conduct market research to identify technical trends, product differentiators, customer pain points; define competition status and target customers • Go-to-market strategy: Align value proposition and develop NPD marketing collateral, including but not limited to tech sheet, catalog, product animation, sample board, training materials, etc. Partner with sales & engineer team to conduct training for distributors • New product communication: launch new products online/offline to enhance awareness and promotion efficiency. Translate the product USP to marketing language to target both technical and non-technical audience. Coordinate internal and external resources for maximum results. • Analytics and optimization: track launch performance, e.g., new opportunities & conversion rates to refine strategies.
