職責要求
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and revenue goals.
2.Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations.
3.Set sales targets, track progress, and ensure the team meets or exceeds sales goals.
4.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals.
5.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
6.Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
7.Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer preferences, and emerging trends.
8.Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, market conditions, and legal requirements related to real estate sales.
9.Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
10.Foster a positive and motivating work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development within the sales team.
任職資格
1.Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2.Proven track record of success in real estate sales or related field.
3.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
4.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5.In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market in Taiwan
6.Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
7.Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
8.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
9.High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
