Key responsibilities include:
1. Develop Shop marketing strategies and communication programs (Quarterly theme product, cake campaign, festive programs) with sales monitor and post-campaign evaluation.
2. Responsible for ATL investment, own media (official website, FB, and APP) management, and in-shop activation, cross-brand/category co-op, to achieve business goal.
3. Create continuous awareness and visibility of HD shop channel through range PR material, activities and events based on annual commercial calendar and consumer needs & desires.
4. Work closely with shop operation team for business objective, campaign development and program execution alignment.
5. Lead external agencies for campaign development and ensure the quality and timelines of communication productions.
6. Data analysis: Analyze customer data and consumption behavior, develop effective CRM strategies and promotional activities to increase customer loyalty and purchase intent.
7. Reporting and evaluation: Regularly generate reports and evaluations related to customer relationship management, analyze the results and provide improvement suggestions to optimize customer service and sales performance.
