Job purpose
Lead end-to-end logistics and distribution operations in Taiwan, including 3PL management, transportation and warehouse operations, and retail distribution execution. Ensure high service level, cost efficiency, and operational excellence. This role is a senior hands-on leadership position with ownership of daily logistics operations and direct management of a small team (2 Logistics Specialists).
Key stakeholders
• Internal: Sales, Finance, Regional Supply Chain, Commercial Team
• External: 3PL providers, transport carriers, warehouse operators, retail partners
Key responsibilities
• Oversee full-cycle 3PL performance covering import clearance, warehousing, transportation and order fulfillment; take end-to-end ownership of Taiwan daily logistics & distribution operations for all imported goods.
• Deliver outstanding OTIF performance and consistent high service standards to retail customers, resolve delivery and import exceptions timely.
• Maintain efficient, accurate and compliant warehouse operations; implement full lifecycle inventory control including batch and stock discrepancy management.
• Implement logistics cost governance and lead ongoing cost optimization projects across import and domestic distribution links.
• Spearhead lean logistics transformation and process optimization on import receiving, storage and imported goods reverse logistics.
• Establish and roll out unified KPI & SLA standards for all logistics vendors; conduct periodic contract negotiations and performance evaluations with 3PL partners
• KPI and related supply chain Reporting to mgt
• Manage, coach and upskill the internal logistics team of two specialists on daily operations.
Experience & knowledge:
• 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics / distribution / supply chain operations, preferably in FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industries. Strong 3PL management experience is mandatory. Proven experience in warehouse and transportation operations management. Experience leading small operational teams. Strong KPI-driven operational management mindset. ERP / WMS / TMS system experience required.

• Inventory management: DOI (Days of Inventory), stock discrepancy rate
