    Responsibility: • Be accountable for on time delivery (OTD), adoption of standard manufacture lead time and cost of PCB, substrate(MLO), assembly and BOM components and mechanical parts. • Implement the key supply chain strategy and process, including the supplier selection, cost reduction agreement (VPA), APL, ATAC capacity utilization, ATAC related process, P/R justification and risk run process. • Conduct negotiation with suppliers for payment terms, expedition cost, support team leader and manager for annual supplier negotiation for assigned material category. • Plan and update project key milestone through supplier WIP meeting ATAC alignment, make latest OTD projection to project lead, monitor supplier production status on a daily basis, escalation to team leader/managers in case of project risk on quality, OTD and cost, define shots on goal action plan once OTD risk is exposed. • Purchase materials according to supplier strategy and cost model (PCB,MLO), report the long lead time parts risk and drive the alternative parts decision with designer and project lead. • Adopt smart logistics plan for each project (shipment, custom clearance support) to achieve OTD goal with minimum logistics cost and trade compliance. • Work with the marketing and sales team to provide suppliers with the business demand forecast and therefore make material and capacity planning beforehand. • Maintain project data in OPS shared folder, ATAC dashboard, OPS dashboard and Teams Channel , including but not limited to supplier quotes, technical files, schedule, P-card transaction records and credit notes log. • Update supplier scorecard, support team lead to conduct regular supplier QBR for key suppliers, drive improvement actions to closure. • Drive supplier operation excellence by defining mid-term, long-term goals together with team leader and SQE to improve supplier overall delivery capability.
