Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement L&D annual Culture, Diversity & Inclusion, Business Essential and leadership development training programs and ad-hoc project
2. Functional training development and support: work closely with divisions & functional learning facilitators to foster the functional competency development and related development program
3. Learning Management System (SBX/K2) optimization:
• Manage Learning Management System (SBX) including, but is not limited to training records, reporting, class or curriculum development, and troubleshooting and testing as needed to streamline training processes
• Explore new features/functionalities of LMS and enrich the contents according to business needs and HR strategy to build a learning organization
• Spearhead the integration and adopt innovative technologies to enhance employees’ learning experience
• Maintain K2 system for training application & approval process and ensure Safety training records and certificates are well maintained in the systems for audit
4. Training data analysis and dashboard management:
• Manage Power BI dashboards to track and provide analysis for key learning metrics
• Implement various evaluation approaches to measure the impact of learning initiatives and discover the new opportunities
5. Manage and carry out L&D projects including, but is not limited to employee recognition program (BRAVO), quarterly e-Town Hall, Campus/Internship recruitment program
Professional skills and abilities required
- Solid knowledge of learning & development methodologies and the training value chain (assessment, design, development, delivery, measurement)
- Creative ability to design and deliver blended learning solutions to meet the training needs
- Good awareness to functional competency model building & optimization
- Ability to diagnose the development needs of employees or organization
- Knowledge of digital learning planning & application
- Confident in work autonomously
Related job experience requirement
- Bachelor degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- With at least 4 years solid experiences in learning & development function; digital/eLearning background would be an advantage
- Fluency in spoken and written English
