1. BTL plan development: to support for category growth and sales achievement by channel.
1) Ideas initiatives and making proposal (for KA prosing to customer).
2) Promotion discussion: to assist TMK leader in carrying out BTL & customized program, also working with cross team to ensure all activities are aligned with TMK/ brand &channel strategy as well as complying with legal and fit with market trend.
3) Own & in charge of channel/KA promotion calendar to help on perfect execution and sales achievement.
2. POSM development: based on shopper marketing principle, brief to art & agency, get approval in system and co-op with vendors to ensure quality and delivery.
3. Premium development: sourcing, communication, CPS control and dealing with vendors as well as to align with marketing guidance. Also to ensure quality and delivery.
4. Consolidate and execute trade marketing routine tasks.
BTL Program Development/Execution/ CPS control
• Support TMK leader to own key account promotion calendar and weekly meeting with key account to confirm details of activation.
• Shopper POSM/Toolkits: In-store test & execution, also work with shopper agency, POSM and toolkits vendor.
• Proceed & communicate w/ venders each POSM /toolkits with leadtime control, production and delivery to trade for execution.
Analysis & Research
• Support BTL Plan preparation.
• Support data and tracking by promotion calendar.
Trade Management/Communication
• Co-work with POSM/ toolkits vender
• Monitor POS, merchandising materials and logistic plans/progress that are required to support assigned promotions, marketing activities.
• Customized toolkits development.
• E-Commerce Strategy & Operations: -Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and achieve online sales targets. Oversee the day-to-day management of the e-commerce site, ensuring products, content, and promotions are up-to-date and aligned with marketing goals. -Monitor and optimize the e-commerce user experience, including the customer journey, navigation, and checkout process.
• Analyze campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report key insights to improve ROI.
