Support the Development of Product Strategy to Achieve Revenue Growth Management (RGM) Goals
* Analyze industry and competitor trends in packaging and pricing to identify opportunities and develop the annual product strategy for key categories.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver compelling customer selling stories for new packaging initiatives.
Analyze and Consolidate Insights to Enable Data-Driven Decision-Making
* Prepare the Nielsen RMS Monthly Market Share Tracking Report, highlighting key insights and trends for senior management and the sales team.
* Regularly update key business metrics, including Nielsen RMS and monthly scorecards, to ensure stakeholders are informed.
* Consolidate and extract actionable commercial insights from market research and shopper data (e.g., PITA and shopper studies).
Lead Market Research Projects to Identify Business Opportunities
* Leverage expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, statistics, and analytical tools to provide timely insights for decision-making.
* Collaborate with research vendors to ensure a thorough understanding of project objectives and effective implementation of established research protocols.
Support Investment Evaluations to Justify Profitability
* Provide initial 1-3 year volume projections and high-level financial simulations for evaluating major production line investments.
Contribute to Annual Business Planning to Align Organizational Objectives
* Facilitate the annual business planning by providing critical market insights and strategic recommendations.
