Job Summary: The Senior Cost Accountant is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting all aspects of production costs within the factory. Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Implementation Expert. The role involves acting as the primary point of reference for the SAP implementation, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders. ERP–MES Integration & Manufacturing Support • Define and support interfaces between ERP and MES for real-time production feedback, traceability, and reporting. • Ensure alignment between ERP production planning and MES shop-floor execution. • Support production-related KPIs, efficiency monitoring, and traceability requirements through ERP–MES integration. 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Continuous Improvement • Act as a key link between business users, manufacturing, IT, and external system integrators. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), integration testing, and end-to-end validation of ERP and MES processes. • Identify system and process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and operational stability. • Provide functional support during go-live phases and post-go-live stabilization. 6. Documentation, Training & Governance • Prepare and maintain functional documentation, system configuration guides, and process procedures. • Support training activities for key users and operational teams on SAP processes. • Contribute to governance activities, including change management, transport validation, and release planning.
