1.Payroll & Compliance Management
●Oversee payroll operations for overseas entities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local tax and labor regulations.
●Monitor and interpret regulatory changes overseas markets, ensuring payroll policies remain compliant.
2.Vendor & EOR Management
●Manage relationships with external payroll providers and Employer of Record (EOR) partners, ensuring service quality and SLA adherence.
●Evaluate and optimize vendor performance, costs, and compliance risks.
●Lead vendor selection and contract renewal processes, aligning with HQ policies.
3.Compensation Analysis & Support
●Provide analysis on overseas pay structures, allowances, and benefits to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
●Support annual merit review and salary adjustment cycles by consolidating and validating payroll data from overseas sites.
●Advise HRBPs and local HR on compensation practices, tax impacts, and payroll-related inquiries.
4.Governance & Process Improvement
●Ensure adherence to corporate governance and audit requirements for payroll and compensation data.
●Develop standardized payroll reporting and dashboards for HQ management visibility.
●Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce errors, and enhance payroll efficiency across geographies.
