職責要求
1. Improving the cost efficiency of certain business operations through resource allocation
2. Creating and overseeing employee evaluation metrics and methods
3. Conducting budget reviews and reporting findings
4. Implementing, reviewing, and modifying company policies and procedures
5. Supporting the HR department in staff management, hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions
6. Helping department managers set goals, manage employees, and improve efficiency
7. Ensuring company operations meet financial goals and objectives
8. Identifying more cost-efficient ways to do business, setting and executing department and company-wide budgets, and forecasting efforts
任職資格
1. In supply chain management/Managerial roles for 3+ years
2. Master’s degree in SCM/MBA referred
3. Stern, straight forward, strong social skill, doer mindset
4. Able to attend meetings after 10pm on regular (bi-weekly or higher) basis
