✅ Operation Management Proxy
Supervise the daily operations of relevant catering departments to ensure smooth operation of catering services. Provide on-site support when necessary.
Review the work progress and completeness of team members, and confirm the rationality of work arrangements and allocations.

Employee authority management:
Responsible for setting up and managing employee system permissions to ensure data security and compliance
English document processing: responsible for processing various English documents and communications
Public management and maintenance: assist in handling equipment maintenance, repair reporting, management, quotation and form filling.
Arrange for regular maintenance/repairs by vendors and monitor that vendor work is completed correctly.
Event planning and execution:
Assist in the planning and execution of various activities, and follow up from the planning stage to on-site execution
Cross-site assistance: Assist in coordinating and supporting the activities and needs of other sites
Reservation and arrangement: responsible for cafe reservation and venue arrangement
New employee training, old employee training
Schedule and work allocation review
Check the purchase and sale of goods, manage procurement and inventory
