1.與客戶維持良好關係,定時以電話聯繫及拜訪,爭取業務。
Maintain a good relationship with customers,contact and visit regularly by telephone,and strive for business.
2.開發有潛力客源。
Develop potential customers.
3.代為協調特殊業務案件。
Coordination of special cases.
4.款待及接待重要客戶及團體。
Entertain and receive important customers and groups.
5.不定時參加in-house call。
Participate in in-house call.
6.參加公司舉辦之活動、定期會議。
Participate in activities and regular meetings.
7.配合公司參加指定之大小旅展。
Participate in travel exhibitions.
8.收集市場資訊(其他飯店價位、促銷活動),提出供主管參考。
Collect market information(prices of other hotels,promotional activities)
9.支援重要宴席及活動。
Stand by important activities.
10.旅行社相關議價及協調。
Negotiation and coordination related to travel agencies.
11.具飯店業務相關工作經驗3年以上者尤佳。
More than 3 years working experience in hotels business is preferred.
