【Job Summary】
The Human Resources Business Partner Partner will provide strategic HR support expertise to drive organizational success. This role involves partnering with business leaders to align HR practices with business goals, managing employee relations, and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
【Key Responsibilities】
1. Consult with Line Management: Provide daily HR guidance and support to line managers, ensuring HR practices align with business objectives.
2. Employee Relations: Resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances, and improve work relationships to build morale and increase productivity.
3. Recruitment and Onboarding: Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs, develop sourcing plans, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
4. Performance Management: Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
5. HR Metrics and Analysis: Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform business decisions and improve HR practices.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR regulations, company policies, and HQ/BU requirements.
7. Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives and provide guidance on effective change management practices.
8.Assist with the HR-related project of the Semiconductor Business Unit.
