<Position Summary>
The Technical Marketing Specialist plays a key role in strengthening the company’s positioning in high-value IT and software outsourcing services. Focused on AI and Cloud-enablement, this role supports business units by delivering market intelligence, coordinating co-marketing with technology partners, and providing strategic insights to enhance our client-facing capabilities. This position requires a unique blend of analytical thinking, technical literacy, and cross-functional collaboration to translate complex technology trends into service-driven business opportunities.
<Key Responsibilities>
1. Conduct research on AI, Cloud, and outsourcing trends to identify client needs, emerging technologies, and whitespace opportunities that drive service innovation.
2. Provide strategic insights and concise business briefs to help business units refine offerings, strengthen value propositions, and pursue new growth opportunities.
3. Lead co-marketing initiatives with AI, Cloud, and technology partners to ensure alignment with joint capabilities and outsourcing delivery models.
4. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategies that highlight our technical strengths in key verticals.
5. Create client-facing materials such as solution overviews, capability presentations, and industry insights to support account development and partner engagement.
6. Monitor the performance of marketing activities, analyze ROI and business impact, and deliver data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
