主要職責：
• 維護客戶關係： 處理客戶的日常溝通，保持和增進新老客戶的關係。
• 客戶關係管理： 管理客戶關係，整理和更新系統中的客戶資訊。
• 銷售活動協調： 安排和協調銷售活動，確保各項銷售計劃的順利實施。
• 商業關係發展： 開展業務促進企業之間（B2B）的合作，建立和維持商業合作關係。
要求：
• 溝通能力： 具備優秀的口頭和書面溝通能力。
• 組織能力： 良好的組織和時間管理能力，能夠有效地處理多項任務。
• 團隊合作： 喜歡在團隊中工作，具備協作精神。具有驅動力，渴望超越基本薪資
• 積極進取： 有上進心，渴望超越基本薪資，追求更高的職業發展。
薪資架構：
• 底薪為36,000元，定期調薪。具相關經驗者，薪資可面議。
• 獎金：業績獎金、團隊獎金、季獎金

We are an innovating Fintech company seeking motivated Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support the sales team with CRM and maintaining new and old relationships. Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily communications with clients and enhance relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Manage customer relationships by organizing and updating customer information in the system.
• Arrange and coordinate sales activities to ensure the smooth implementation of various sales plans.
• Promote collaboration between businesses (B2B) and establish and maintain business partnerships.
Requirement:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, capable of handling multiple tasks effectively.
• Enjoy working in a team environment with a collaborative spirit. Driven and eager to exceed base salary.
• Ambitious and eager for career advancement beyond the base salary.
Salary Structure:
• Base Salary: 36,000
• Bonuses: Sales bonus, Team bonuses, Quarterly bonuses
Preferred Qualifications:
• Proficiency in a second language is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial products or related experience is preferred.
