Our core business and product portfolio focus on Mechanical Parts & Composites Solution for LEO (Low-Earth Orbit), 5G/6G telecommunication and new energy EV relevant applications, working with US/EU based leading brands.
1.Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.
2.Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
3.Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
4.Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
5.Proven experience in sales management, including a track record of exceeding sales targets.
6.Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
7.Good logic and English communication skills
8.Familiar with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other clerical work
9.Assist the supervisor to complete the logistical support and progress tracking of the project
10.Daily data update and summary analysis, ability to use Pivot is a plus
11.Handle tasks assigned by supervisors and management team.
12.Assisting customers by advising them on products and helping to find what they need
13.Being up to date with pricing and product availability to assist customers quickly and efficiently
14.Processing customer payments and transactions such as returns and exchanges

1.Account Engagement / Management (熟悉電子業系統廠之商業模式, 有ME/EE產品相關經驗者優)
2.建立與維繫關鍵客戶與利害關係人的良好關係, 追蹤客戶來源, 需求和滿意度, 並積極尋求新客戶和業務機會
制定業務目標與策略
1.與專案負責人進行清晰與明確的溝通, 確定具體的目標和項目要求, 確保理解團隊的需求和期望朝著共同目標前進
2.規劃資源分配, 確保計畫的順利實施, 確保團隊達成公司設定的銷售目標和業績指標
3.定期會議追蹤項目進度, 進行評估與反思, 即時調整策略和計畫
定期彙整業務銷售狀況報表, 能夠使用Pivot整合管理數據分析尤佳。
