Responsibilities:
01_Formulate departmental execution guidelines and targets based on the company‘s business philosophy and strategic directions, and drive various management initiatives.
02_Review and approve department-related personnel budgets, capital budgets, requisition requests, and TS quality management system forms within the scope of authority.
03_Plan and manage departmental operations regarding production process planning, automated/semi-automated line implementation, planning and fabrication of fixtures, jigs, gauges, and molds, as well as providing guidance for product testing projects.
04_Plan and execute departmental training programs to cultivate talent and advance technical capabilities.
05_Oversee day-to-day operations and supervisory tasks.
06_Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
##Key Stakeholder Interactions:
●Internal: Coordinate cross-departmental responsibilities and workflows.
●External: Liaise with clients for audits/evaluations, manage production process technologies, oversee automated equipment and tooling, and engage with component suppliers.

2、 據職權範圍內，對部內有關人事預算、資產預算、請購作業及TS體系相關表單之審核
3、 針對生產制程規劃、自動化/半自動化線體推動、測具、治具、檢具、模具的規劃與製作、產品測試專案規劃指導等工作，籌畫部內各項管理工作
4、 計畫及推動部門內教育訓練工作，培育部門人才及技術
5、 日常監督管理工作。
6、 其他主管交辦事項
對內:與相關部門責任工作協調
對外:對應客戶評審、生產工藝、工裝自動化設備、零件供應商工作的聯繫
