Key Responsibilities •Lead and manage full-spectrum HR functions, including payroll administration, compensation & benefits, performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and training & development. •Oversee and continuously improve HRIS and personnel management systems to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. •Act as a strategic HR partner to site management, supporting organizational development and business objectives. •Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor laws and local regulatory requirements, as well as corporate HR policies.
