本職位負責支援海外專案之環境安全衛生（EHS）管理與廠務系統營運，確保專案符合當地法規與公司安全標準。 This position is responsible for supporting Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) management and facilities operations for overseas projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company safety standards.
主要職責 Key Responsibilities
1. 海外專案執行 Overseas Project Execution
配合專案需求赴海外廠區/工地出差，執行環安衛監督與廠務系統驗收與維護。 Travel to overseas plants/sites as required by projects to supervise EHS compliance and assist in facilities system commissioning and maintenance.
2. 環安衛與廢水管理 EHS & Wastewater Management
規劃與執行廠區廢水處理系統營運、監測與維護，確保符合當地排放標準。 Plan, operate, monitor, and maintain factory wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance with local discharge standards.
建立並推動環安衛管理流程、災害防救計畫與安衛教育訓練。 Establish and promote EHS management processes, emergency response plans, and safety training programs.
3. 廠務系統運作與維護 Facilities Operations & Maintenance
協助水電、空調、機電及廢水等廠務系統之日常巡檢、維護與異常排除。 Assist in daily inspection, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of facility systems (water, electricity, HVAC, electromechanical, and wastewater).
4. 跨部門與外部溝通 Cross-departmental & External Communication
與海外當地團隊、承包商及主管機關進行溝通與協調。 Coordinate and communicate effectively with local overseas teams, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
