Overview: We are seeking two candidates, one in the Chinese field and one in the English field, who are interested in curriculum research and development.
◆學經歷要求Qualifications:
1.具中文或英文相關領域之博士學位、博士候選人，或具五年以上教學經驗之資深教師（如語言學、應用語言學、語言與文學、課程與教學、雙語或雙語沉浸式教育等）。
Doctoral degree holders, doctoral candidates, or experienced teachers with five or more years of teaching experience in Chinese or English–related fields (e.g., linguistics, applied linguistics, language and literature, curriculum and instruction, bilingual or dual language immersion education)
2.具備紮實之教育理論與教學實務知識。
Good understanding of educational theories and practices
3.具中英文雙語溝通與書寫能力。
Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English
4.具教學經驗、研究背景、課程發展之相關經驗尤佳
Teaching, research, and/or curriculum related experiences preferred
◆工作內容 Job Responsibilities：
1.參與中小學語文課程研發與設計。
Participate in language curriculum development for primary and secondary programs
2.研究並應用教育理論架構，強化教學方法與課程設計。
Research and apply educational frameworks to enhance teaching methods and curriculum designs
3.探索並整合來自國內外研究成果與教育資源。
Explore and integrate knowledge and resources from local and international studies
4.統整校內課程資源，支援教學部門。
Consolidate school curriculum resources and provide support to academic departments
5.促進與監督課程的導入和實施。
Facilitate and oversee curriculum adaptation and implementation in classrooms
6.參與專業發展計畫，並推動課程審查與標準化工作。
Engage in professional development initiatives and contribute to curriculum reviews and standardization
7.執行研發視導中心主任交辦之其他相關任務。
Perform other duties assigned by the Director of RDS
