Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As of 2024, TSMC serves more than 500 customers and manufactures over 11,000 products for high-performance computing, smartphones, the Internet of Things (IoT), automotive, and digital consumer electronics. It is the world’s largest provider of logic ICs, with an annual capacity of 16 million 12-inch equivalent wafers. TSMC operates fabs in Taiwan as well as manufacturing subsidiaries in Washington State, Japan and China, and the Company began construction on a specialty technology fab in Dresden, Germany, in 2024. In Arizona, TSMC is building three fabs, with the first starting 4nm production in 2025, the second by 2028, and the third by the end of the decade.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Website Operations Contractor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation, maintenance, and performance of websites. This role involves a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Website Analysis (SEO/AIO):
(1) Proactively monitor website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
(2) Generate regular analysis reports on website performance and key metrics.
(3) Assist with technical SEO audits and recommendations.
2. Maintenance & Updates:
(1) Perform routine website maintenance tasks, including confirming requests, proposing solutions, UAT testing, pushing content to production.
(2) Manage and implement content updates.
3. Security & Compliance:
(1) Ensure website compliance with relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
4. Troubleshooting & Support:
(1) Collaborate with IT teams to resolve website-related issues.
5. Documentation & Process Improvement:
(1) Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for website processes and troubleshooting guides.
(2) Continuously seek ways to improve website operational efficiency and reliability.
