Established in 1987 and headquartered in Taiwan, TSMC pioneered the pure-play foundry business model with an exclusive focus on manufacturing its customers’ products. As a Learning & Development Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing training programs while leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the learning experience. Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Planning and Execution
(1) Plan and execute regular training courses tailored to employees’ functions and learning roadmaps.
(2) Efficiently allocate and implement training resources in response to organizational and product needs, ensuring the quality and effectiveness of course delivery.
2. Course and Process Optimization
(1) Adjust course content or case studies based on learner’s backgrounds and organizational needs, enhancing relevance and practicality.
(2) Collaborate with consultants to design or modify course materials and case studies according to organizational requirements.
(3) Continuously optimize execution processes to create synergy and improve productivity.
3. Business Alignment
(1) Work closely with business units and cross-functional teams to ensure training solutions align with organizational strategies and talent development needs.
(2) Provide swift and flexible training support when new fabs or locations are established.
4. Project Management
(1) Plan, schedule, and execute cross-department training projects, ensuring resource integration, risk management, and delivery effectiveness.
5. Data-Driven Learning
(1) Evaluate course effectiveness using data and propose improvement suggestions.
(2) Explore data analysis and automation tools to enhance team productivity and learning experiences.
