Through precise data analysis and expert training initiatives, the specialist empowers line managers to enhance their employee relations management skills. Responsibilities: 1. Response to internal & external employee voices and conduct fair, thorough, and timely investigations toward employee grievances. 2. You would be the on the ground expert who personally guides and supports relocating employees and their families by acting as their cultural ambassador, a practical problem solver, and a reassuring point of contract to help newcomers navigate the complexities of settling into Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in global mobility or relocation services and be fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) to effectively support both local and international stakeholders.
