Primary Responsibilities:
1. Meet Organizational Development Needs: Execute and support organizational development strategies across Indo-Pacific locations (Taoyuan Plant/India Plant/Japan Office) to ensure sustained corporate growth and enhanced competitiveness.
2. Recruitment and Staffing: Plan recruitment and staffing initiatives, lead hiring processes for critical roles, and ensure timely talent acquisition to meet organizational needs.
3. Assist in Establishing/Reviewing HR Systems for India Plant: Collaborate with local HR leads to develop HR management policies for the upcoming India plant, aligning with local government regulations and Group-wide HR frameworks.
4. Ensure Group HR Policy Implementation: Execute all HR policies in accordance with Group HR regulations, guaranteeing effective implementation.
5. HR System Rollout: Coordinate with headquarters‘ HR management system implementation schedule to extend deployment to overseas locations.
6. Maintain effective communication with BU General Managers to complete assigned tasks aligned with Group HR policies.
