Job purpose:
Responsible for developing strategies to improve process efficiency and effectiveness by monitoring country performance, identifying trends and potential issues for the business
Job responsibilities:
1.Develop internal measures in collaboration with HOD’s, to facilitate maximum efficiency and to ensure good compliance with the policies and procedures of CMA group
2.Contributing, defining, leading, and implementing business projects related to shipping business process areas.
3.Identify and implement initiatives jointly with relevant key stakeholders as required to improve process efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment within the Group’s process and procedures.
4.Propose new ideas, lead continuous improvement projects, and coordinate KPIs across departments.
5.Review Group’s Objectives and Policies to identify and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, productivity, service quality and ensure alignment.
6.Provide support to Head Office and/or Regional Office Global Experience Network for project deployment and change management.
7.Collaborate with leadership teams proactively to identify and deliver improvement that is in line with Group’s vision, values, and strategic plan
8.Trouble shoot issues encountered in work process
9.Ensure personal commitment to Quality standard and ensure all work process are carried out at the same manner.
10.To corresponds matters involved policy or matters which commit the agency on costs and volume contributes increase, decrease in freight
11.Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.
