Main Responsibilities:
崗位職責
• Work closely with client for accurate and timely payroll, social benefit and individual income tax related calculation
及時準確處理並完成客戶薪資、個人所得稅及社保相關業務;
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure Client services and cases are monitored and delivered in and accurate, timely and professional manner.
緊密協調公司各部門資源,及時處理並完成業務流程
• Maintain client relationship to improve client’s satisfaction
維護客戶關系/提高客戶滿意度
• Provide suggestions, counselling, and updates to Clients in areas of Labour Laws, local regulations, IIT policy, HR processes etc.
解答客戶薪資、個人所得稅及社保咨詢,協助客戶辦理相關業務
• Maintain client services procedure manuals and business process documents
維護客戶服務操作手冊及業務流程文檔
• Participates in testing and validation of services and system upgrading
參與系統升級或新功能測試
Qualifications & Experience:
要求
• Good client service attitude, service industry is welcome.
優秀客戶服務意識,服務行業優先
• Good in data processing and detailed oriented
良好的數據處理技能,註重細節
• Strong experience in HR experience, payroll knowledge is plus.
具備人力資源服務經驗,側重薪酬模塊者優先
• Excellent command of written & oral English
良好的英文書寫及口語能力
• Good team spirit, communication and interpersonal skill
具備團隊合作精神,有較好的溝通能力
• Good computer skills particularly in Excel, Word and PPT
具備較好的計算機應用技能(Excel, Word和PPT)
持中華人事主管協會人力資源管理師認證優先面試
