【Job description】
1. Language Translation:
• Provide real-time interpretation services during meetings, conference calls, and on-site visits.
• Translate documents, reports, contracts, and emails.
2. Scheduling and Meeting Assistance:
• Arrange the Assistant General Manager’s daily schedule, including meetings, travel, visits, and other activities.
• Ensure meetings run smoothly and follow up on action items after meetings.
3. Document Management:
• Organize and manage various documents related to the expansion, such as contracts, reports, memos, and meeting minutes.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing documents and reports to be submitted to management or partners.
4. Communication and Coordination:
• Maintain communication with internal teams, external partners, and government departments, coordinating resources as needed.
• Assist the Assistant General Manager in handling cross-border cooperation matters, ensuring accurate and timely information dissemination.
5. Project Management:
• Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring that all tasks proceed according to plan.
• Help resolve issues encountered during project implementation and report to the Assistant General Manager promptly.
