The position is accountable for supporting for all of HSE relevant job, supporting a comfortable workplace to employees.
Good communication with his SUSS counterparts and customers are essential for reach the objective of this job successfully.
Tasks:
-Establish, revise and implement project-related safety and health policies, plans, procedures and standards.
-Develop and implement occupational safety and health management plan.
-Conduct safety and health audits.
-Investigate incidents and formulate improvement recommendations and track improvements.
-Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure they comply with safety regulations.
-Establish work safety regulations and plan and provide personal protective equipment according to work needs.
-Plan and implement employee safety training and workplace environment monitoring.
-建立、修訂及執行專案相關安全衛生政策、計畫、程序書及標準。
-擬訂職業安全衛生管理計畫並落實執行。
-執行安全衛生稽核。
-事故調查並擬定改善建議，追蹤改進情況。
-檢視機械設備以確保符合安全規範。
-建立作業安全規定，並因應作業需求規劃供個人防護器具。
-規劃、執行員工教育訓練及實施勞工作業環境檢測。
