The Global Mobility Specialist drives the company‘s international assignment and relocation processes, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with global tax, social security, and immigration regulations. This role involves providing strategic guidance to support stakeholders, tracking assignment progress, and fostering collaboration across departments and vendors to achieve operational excellence. We seek candidates with exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with composure and problem-solving expertise. If you have at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge in relocation case management, and a strong understanding of global compliance, this is your chance to make a meaningful impact while showcasing your expertise! Responsibilities: 1. Manage daily operations of end-to-end relocation for International Assignment, whilst ensuring in compliance with global tax, social security, and immigration legislations 2. Provide guidance / advice / relocation cost projections to respective stakeholders (both HR and Business) on applying Mobility Policies / packages for any potential international move 3. Act as first point of contact for stakeholders at all levels (HR / Business / Assignees) to consult mobility-related questions 4. Provide reporting to respective Regional HR and maintain an effective tracking of International Assignment movement 5. Work with finance / Regional HR and other key stakeholders to support payment / expense management process takes place as agreed by the home and host business 6. Identify, review, and improve existing mobility operation process to drive best solutions and drive efficiency / effectiveness for stakeholders 7.
