We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Cash and Trade Procurement Rep, Taiwan (Internal Job Title: Cash and Trade Proc Rep - C05) based in Taipei, Taiwan.

The Cash and Trade Proc Rep 5 is an entry level role responsible for processing basic to relatively complex transfers in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to perform moderately complex cash & trade operation tasks, by providing processing assistance for assigned projects.
In this role, you’re expected to:
• Perform cash management operations, such as cash handling, check processing, tax / commercial card payments
• Execute Foreign Inward Investment Reporting (FIIR) and Paylink transaction according established procedures and deadlines
o Incoming cross-border transactions in TWD handling
o Domestic remittance processing
o Dividend / ACH / Utility payment
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
• Responsible incoming inquiries via various channels
• Assist the department in the implementation of various projects
• Conduct UAT / PROD testing when required
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and internal controls
• Support general functions
