1) Customer & internal operations management for 7-11 Slurpee business segment and Personal Care channel:
Develop and implement customer plan to achieve the sales target and profitability in line with channel objectives
Manage the customer contract, DC operation, order/penalty negotiation and ensure weekly forecasting accuracy.
Develop and implement the joint business plan (JBP)/annual business plan (ABP) with customers yearly.
Manage trade spending and partner with brand marketing/trade marketing to develop and execute promotion plan to achieve target or shorten the gap if needed.
Information collection on customer feedback and competitors trade activities.
2) Support 7-11 operations including promotion routines, DC operation, order/penalty negotiation, etc.
3) Support sales operations during CVS KAM Maternity leave.
4) Ad hoc projects or tasks assigned by channel leader.

Related job experience requirement
1 University graduate of business management, marketing or equivalent
2 At least 2-5 years sales representative or sales operations working experience in FMCG industry; Buyer experience from retailers
3 Experience in CVS/PCS channel is a plus
4 Trade marketing experience is a plus
5 Computer technique: Microsoft Office
6 Mid-high level proficiency in English both in speaking and writing
