5 to 7 most important responsibilities
1.Customer management to communicate/fulfill SCCT strategies/tactics
2.Develop sales activities and annual business plan for customers in line with SCCT strategy to increase mutual profits
3.Market information collection and market visit
4.Daily operations coordination with cross-functional stakeholders
5.Weekly sales forecast and doing sales analysis for responsible accounts periodically and review
6.Sales operation support (including assistance with incentive settlement, Execution report analysis and follow-up, photo download and verification, etc.)
7.Operational tasks and projects assigned by line manager
Professional skills and abilities required:
1.Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency(Word/PowerPoint/Excel 函數skill)
2.Professional and careful execution
3.Good communication, negotiation skills and patience
Related job experience requirement (if external hiring from market), min. academic qualifications/ language ability
1.University education requirement
2.English reading and writing capability
3.2~5 years experience in Sales assistance, Sales representative, Trade marketing preferably in FMCG
