職責要求
• New Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities in each area from phase 0, emphasis territory: Industrial PC (IPC), embedded systems, Surveillance, Telecom, Medical or Edge computing.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct in-depth market research and competitor benchmarking to shape data-driven sales strategies and provide actionable insights to management.
• Sales targets: Meeting Quarterly/Annual sales targets through disciplined sales planning, opportunity management and market share increment.
• Strategic Account Development: Target and engage key decision-makers at OEMs, ODMs, system integrators and industrial distributors to build a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
• Client Relationship Management: Discovering, Establishing, Strengthen, and expand high-value client relationships through consistent follow-up, customized solutions, and strategic account nurturing to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between mentioned segments and HQ to ensure alignment on pricing, supply chain coordination, customer product roadmap and all sales actions execution.
任職資格
1.Bachelor degree with10 years of sales operations or demand planning experience.
2.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, charts, SUMIFS, etc.)
3.Proven experience managing complex timelines and multiple stakeholders
4.Detail-oriented, well-organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks under tight deadlines
5.Proactive and detail-oriented, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
6.Familiarity with ERP systems or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus
