Job Summary:
Complete any assigned work, assist in snack production, wash utensils, and handle serving line/internal deliveries as assigned. Help wherever needed. 完成指派工作、協助點心製作、清洗器具並依指派執行餐點供餐線及內部配送工作,支援餐廳其他人員及區域之工作
Responsibilities:
Complete kitchen work as per the instructions of our chefs and FSD management完成餐廳廚師們與主管們的指派工作
Prepare sandwiches and salads; assist with cutting fruit and vegetables準備三明治、沙拉製作並切蔬菜水果
Wash kitchen utensils清洗廚房器具
Support food service area setup, restocking, and cleanup. Assemble lunches and manage internal/catering deliveries and returns as assigned.協助餐飲服務區的設置、補貨及清潔整理工作。負責餐點準備,並依指派執行內部配送、外燴餐點配送及回收作業
Help wherever else needed支援餐廳其他人員及區域之工作
Requirements:
High School graduate 高中畢業
At least one year of restaurant experience 具備至少一年以上之餐飲相關工作經驗
Ability to read basic English will be a plus 具備基本英語閱讀能力者為佳
Class C Technician Certificate for Chinese or Western Cuisine Cookery 具丙級中餐或西餐烹調技術士證照
Knowledge and concept of sanitation 具備餐飲衛生之相關知識
Attention to detail, especially food quality & sanitation 能謹慎小心以確保食材及食物品質及衛生
Hardworking, flexible, fast and accurate in completing designated work 能準確有效地完成指派之工作項目及內容
10-month position every school year
07:00AM to 15:30 PM, inclusive 0.5-hour lunch break
