We are hiring a Human Resources Manager!
As an HR Manager, we rely on you to:
• Act as a strategic business partner, developing and implementing HR strategies to support the hotel in achieving its goals.
• Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Human Resources Department, including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Involve in all business decision and provide guidance and support to leadership team
• Creates an environment of free communications and drives colleagues’ engagement;
• Proactively identify potential employee relations issues and address them in a timely and professional manner.
• Demonstrate strong leadership competencies and uphold company values.
We are looking for someone with:
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent organizing and strategic planning skills
• Well-versed with the local market and local labor laws and extensive experience in industrial relations;
• 2 yrs experience in a similar role, international hotel group preferred;
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese

• 至少 2 年類似職務經驗,有國際飯店集團背景者佳。
• 中英文書寫與口語流利。
