Job Summary:
Prepare food and supervise our kitchen team to ensure it operates smoothly and prepared food meets quality standards.
準備食材與餐點,並指導廚房團隊,以確保廚房運作順暢,餐食達到應有的品質標準。
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare food for customers to ample ensure quantity and quality of food.
準備餐點以確保供應足額數量及餐點品質
• Process catering orders to ensure the customers are served according to their order.
處理相關的餐飲訂單,確保訂單如實完成
• Supervise kitchen food team employees and schedule labor to ensure smooth operation of the school kitchen.
負責指導廚房團隊,安排人力配制,確保學校廚房運作順暢
• Monitor kitchen to ensure HACCP protocol is being followed.
確實遵守食品安全規範
• Monitor food production quantities to ensure minimum waste.
確保食材與餐食的使用效率,減少浪費
• Provide help wherever needed.
支援餐廳其他人員及區域之工作
Qualifications:
• Five years western chef experience in high volume western restaurant preferred, High School graduate
至少五年高產量之相關西餐廚師工作經驗,高中畢
• Native Chinese proficiency; ability to read basic English (recipes and catering orders)
流利中文並具備基本英文閱讀能力
• Chef’s license & Class C Technician Certificate for Western Culinary
廚師執照及西餐丙級技術士證書
• Knowledge of various international cuisines and the necessary skills to prepare those kinds of foods.
具備各國料理的知識及製作這些料理所需之技能
• Knowledge and concept of sanitation
具備衛生知識與概念
• Kitchen management skills & Time management
廚房管理技能及時間控管能力
• Knowledge of fire safety
具備相關消防安全知識
10-month position every school year
Working Hours: 07: 00AM to 15:30PM, inclusive 0.5 hour lunch break
